मनरेगा बचाओ कार्यक्रम का आयोजन, भाजपा सरकार पर मजदूर विरोधी नीतियों का आरोप
अखिल भारतीय राजीव गांधी पंचायती राज संस्थान एवं राजस्थान प्रदेश कांग्रेस राजीव गांधी पंचायती राज संस्थान के निर्देशानुसार राजीव गांधी पंचायती राज संस्थान जिला डूंगरपुर के नेतृत्व में आज मनरेगा बचाओ कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम में पूर्व सांसद ताराचंद भगोरा मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित रहे, जबकि कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता जिला अध्यक्ष रूपचंद भगोरा ने की।
कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए पूर्व सांसद ताराचंद भगोरा ने भाजपा सरकार पर तीखा हमला बोलते हुए कहा कि देश में पूंजीपतियों की सरकार बनकर भाजपा मजदूरों और गरीबों के अधिकारों का हनन कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस सरकार के कार्यकाल में गरीब, बेरोजगार और मजदूर वर्ग के लिए बनाई गई जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं को बंद कर चंद ठेकेदारों और पूंजीपतियों के हाथों में देश की अर्थव्यवस्था सौंपी जा रही है।
भगोरा ने आरोप लगाया कि वर्तमान सरकार ने मनरेगा का स्वरूप बदलकर इसे कमजोर करने की साजिश रची है। पहले जहां मनरेगा में 90 प्रतिशत राशि केंद्र सरकार और 10 प्रतिशत राज्य सरकार वहन करती थी, अब इसे पूरी तरह राज्य सरकार के भरोसे छोड़ दिया गया है। साथ ही मनरेगा के कार्य पंचायती राज संस्थानों के माध्यम से संचालित होते थे, जिन्हें अब राज्य सरकार अपने स्तर पर तय करने की योजना बना रही है, जिससे गांवों के विकास में बाधा उत्पन्न होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि यह सब मनरेगा को धीरे-धीरे समाप्त करने की सोची-समझी रणनीति का हिस्सा है।
पूर्व सांसद ने स्पष्ट किया कि कांग्रेस पार्टी और राजीव गांधी पंचायती राज संस्थान इस फैसले का पुरजोर विरोध करेंगे और मजदूरों के हक की लड़ाई में देश के नेता राहुल गांधी एवं राष्ट्रीय नेतृत्व के साथ कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर आमजन के साथ खड़े रहेंगे।
कार्यक्रम में पूर्व प्रधान निमिषा भगोरा, ओबीसी प्रदेश सचिव सुरेश चंद्र भोई, मंडल अध्यक्ष गजराज सिंह चौहान, पूर्व सरपंच धनभाई ननोमा, वार्ड पंच, मेट सहित बड़ी संख्या में कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ता एवं ग्रामीण उपस्थित रहे।
MNREGA Protection Program Organized, BJP Government Accused of Anti-Labor Policies
Following the instructions of the All India Rajiv Gandhi Panchayati Raj Institute and the Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Rajiv Gandhi Panchayati Raj Institute, a MNREGA Protection Program was organized today under the leadership of the Rajiv Gandhi Panchayati Raj Institute, Dungarpur district. Former MP Tarachand Bhagora was present as the chief guest at the program, while District President Roopchand Bhagora presided over the event.
Addressing the program, former MP Tarachand Bhagora launched a scathing attack on the BJP government, saying that by becoming a government of capitalists, the BJP is violating the rights of laborers and the poor. He said that the welfare schemes for the poor, unemployed, and working class, which were created during the Congress government's tenure, are being shut down, and the country's economy is being handed over to a few contractors and capitalists.
Bhagora alleged that the current government has conspired to weaken MNREGA by changing its structure. Earlier, where 90 percent of the funds for MNREGA were borne by the central government and 10 percent by the state government, now it has been completely left to the state government. Also, MNREGA works were previously managed through Panchayati Raj institutions, which the state government is now planning to manage at its own level, which will hinder the development of villages. He said that all this is part of a well-planned strategy to gradually eliminate MNREGA.
The former MP clarified that the Congress party and the Rajiv Gandhi Panchayati Raj Institute will strongly oppose this decision and will stand shoulder to shoulder with the common people in the fight for the rights of the laborers, along with national leader Rahul Gandhi and the national leadership.
A large number of Congress workers and villagers, including former Pradhan Nimisha Bhagora, OBC State Secretary Suresh Chandra Bhoi, Mandal President Gajraj Singh Chauhan, former Sarpanch Dhanbhai Nanoma, ward members, and supervisors, were present at the program.
