Since all services on ApnaTube are digital and instantly delivered, this Refund & Cancellation Policy defines when refunds may or may not be granted. By making any payment on ApnaTube, you agree to this policy.

2. Services Covered

This policy applies to all paid services available on ApnaTube, including:

  • Monthly or yearly subscription plans
  • Ad-free viewing plans
  • Paid or premium video purchases
  • Paid platform features or tools
  • Any future digital services introduced on ApnaTube

3. No Refund Policy (Digital Products)

All ApnaTube services are digital. Once any of the following occurs, no refund will be provided:

  • A subscription or plan is activated
  • Ad-free access is enabled
  • A video is purchased or started playing
  • A paid feature is unlocked

Digital services cannot be returned, reversed, or resold after activation or use.

4. When a Refund Is Allowed

  • The payment was deducted but the service was not delivered
  • The same transaction was charged more than once
  • A technical error prevented access to the purchased service

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the payment. Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

  • Your current billing period will remain active
  • No refund will be issued for unused or remaining days
  • Cancellation only stops the next automatic renewal

7. Account Suspension & Refunds

If an account is suspended or terminated due to policy violations, illegal activity, or platform abuse, no refunds will be issued for active subscriptions, purchased videos, or any remaining balances.

8. Abuse & Fraud Protection

ApnaTube reserves the right to block or permanently ban any account found abusing the refund system or submitting false or misleading claims.

9. Policy Updates

MJ EMPIRE GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on ApnaTube. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated policy.

10. Legal Authority

This policy is governed by MJ EMPIRE GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED under Indian law. All disputes shall be subject to Indian jurisdiction.
