Shlok:
अयनेषु च सर्वेषु यथाभागमवस्थिता: |
भीष्ममेवाभिरक्षन्तु भवन्त: सर्व एव हि || 11 ||

Hindi Translation:
Duryodhana apni sena ke sabhi maharathiyon se kehta hai— "Isliye aap sabhi apne-apne morcho (strategic positions) par dridhta se khade rahein aur sabhi or se Pitamah Bhishma ki hi raksha karein."

Strategy: Duryodhana jaanta hai ki jab tak Bhishma zinda hain, Kauravon ko koi hara nahi sakta. Isliye woh puri sena ko unke charon taraf ek suraksha kavach banane ko kehta hai.
Duryodhana ka Dar: Itni badi sena hone ke baad bhi Duryodhana ko darr hai ki kahin Pandav chhal se Bhishma par hamla na kar dein.
